White Paper on Recruitment via Social Media

Social Media is of growing importance in the recruitment industry. BizPlaza.eu has published a white paper on ‘recruiting via social media’, the first extensive publication in which recruiting via social media is examined from a strategic perspective. We are convinced that this paper provides extremely useful information!

HRMinfo.net, a Belgian knowledge provider and community for HR professionals, released a white paper last January about recruiting via social media. This is the first extensive publication in which recruiting via social media is examined from a strategic perspective and in conjunction with other recruitment methods. The publication also focuses on demonstrable ROIs and best practises. More than 850 copies have already been sold – naturally, mainly in Belgium.

An updated international/English-language edition of the HRMinfo white paper was published at the end of April containing more up-to-date information, a global scope and an additional (third) case study. The chapter providing an overview of the most important European vendors of e-recruitment software offering functionalities for social media has been thoroughly rewritten and expanded.

This English-language white paper is published by BizPlaza.eu, which, just like HRMinfo.net (and HRMblogs.com), is a service/product of BizInfo (www.biz-info.eu).

25 Actonomy contacts can get their hands on a free copy of this unique English-language white paper.

Send an e-mail to freecopy-actonomy@biz-plaza.eu before 15/6/2010 containing your details (name, position, company) for a chance to win one of the 25 free copies of this white paper! You will receive in any case a free copy of the chapter concerning software for facilitating and leveraging social media recruitment.

A detailed table of contents and ‘executive summary’ can be downloaded from www.biz-plaza.eu/whitepaper.
