Actonomy xMP Talent Analyser is a modular solution for employee evaluations and follow-ups based upon competencies, skill profiles, and performance objectives. Talent Analyser lets you easily and powerfully manage personnel evaluations, job performance, and talent management. The solution includes the following functional modules:
- Creation and management of competency "libraries" and job descriptions.
- Evaluation (qualitative and quantitative) of employees based upon a personal competency profile, a position-based competency profile, and/or personal objectives.
- The ability to perform individual evaluations, self-evaluation, 360° evaluations, and team evaluations all in the same software.
- Creation of follow-ups, action plans, and training plans
- Historical reports and reports on employee evolution
- Job simulation for employees
- Management modules can be restricted to certain employees via user roles and access rights.
In addition to the modular construction, xMP Talent Analyser also has the following key features and abilities:

- Simple overview screens that display information customized for each user role. The user sees only the essential and necessary functions.
- Simple workflow which can be customized to the internal processes of the customer
- Advanced search and reporting abilities. Third party reporting tools may also be used.
- Flexible management of competency libraries. Self-created competency models can also be saved.
- Add weighted importance to competencies, sub-competencies, and indicators.
- Add reference levels and scales for different job functions.
- Evaluation management for various departments and employees can be centrally planned via e-mail reminders of milestone and appointment dates.
- Competency profiles can be compared and contrasted with each other via Actonomy's advanced xMP matching technology
- Different competency languages and models can be combined with each other via Actonomy's xMP HRM Content.
- Create table-based and spider diagram reports on a per-employee basis
