xMP MatchBase
Actonomy xMP MatchBase is a flexible, highly scalable searching and matching platform to support demanding HRM applications for managing CVs both in corporate environments and professional recruiting applications.
xMP MatchBase is based on the generic Actonomy xMP platform and was designed as an add-on to third party applications (such as CRM platforms and recruitment management software) in which the generic Actonomy xMP platform is not integrated. It provides a user-friendly application through which a user can access the CV database, analyze CVs using CVparsing, and perform virtually any type of searching and matching.
How xMP MatchBase works
- Incoming
CVs through the website or job portal are sent to Actonomy xMP MatchBase where they can
be parsed and stored locally prior to be sent to the main recruitment system.
- Actonomy
xMP MatchBase exchanges all relevant information with the main recruitment system:
- Vacancy
information such as requirements, skills, and expectations required as a parameter in the matching
process. The product has a standard set
of criteria that can be easily mapped on the vacancy description in the
main system.
- Customer
information required as part of the match.
Matching processes that include customer related criteria (e.g. company-wide
competences or skills, company-wide salary expectations linked to function
categories) are exchanged with the main system.
- Existing
selection lists or classifications.
- User
profiles or company profiles (only required if user or company credentials are
linked to CVs and if relevant for matching).
- Any
other information on customer specific requests, which are relevant for
matching, can be exchanged (as an extension to the standard HR-XML structure).
- Vacancy
information such as requirements, skills, and expectations required as a parameter in the matching
process. The product has a standard set
of criteria that can be easily mapped on the vacancy description in the
main system.
- Matching/searching
results remain in the local system or can be sent to the main system for
central management and/or storage.
- When used as a CVparsing add-on, all extracted information is sent to the main system for further processing.
